EEIS does not maintain registers for certificates, activities, products or participants. This is because the small size of the ACT makes it inefficient to do so. Instead, EEIS makes use of relevant registers in other jurisdictions.

The Energy Efficiency (Cost of Living) Improvement (Eligible Activities) Determination identifies which EEIS activities are required to use a register of products.

Both the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target Scheme (VEET) and the NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS) product registers are approved under the EEIS. See the EEIS list of eligible activities for details of what may be delivered in the ACT.
