Electricians / trades

EEIS activities are delivered to households and businesses by electricians and other tradespeople who are contracted to abatement providers. Abatement providers also sometimes hire assistants for tradespeople, to help make the installations run smoothly.

These tradespeople and other contractors are the public face of the EEIS and play a key role both in achieving energy savings and in explaining how the new energy saving equipment works.

Retailers and abatement providers sometimes advertise for new tradespeople to join their teams. If you are interested in delivering EEIS activities, get in touch with the retailers currently delivering activities, listed at this link, to see if they are hiring.
