The ACTNRM expression of interest (EOI) form and guidelines for ACT Regional Land Partnerships are now available:
We invite interested organisations to submit an EOI for project services to incorporate into a consortium bid to the Commonwealth to be submitted in early 2018. Collaborations and partnerships that help to deliver on-ground environmental and agricultural outcomes at the local and regional level, with strong involvement of the community, are strongly encouraged. ACT NRM is seeking opportunities for increased participation from a wide range of collaborators and partners, including those operating in the ACT and adjacent areas of NSW (the ‘ACT Region’).
Expressions of interest will be considered by ACT NRM in consultation with the ACT NRM Council. The process and timelines for the EOI process and submission of an ACT tender to the Commonwealth is in the attached EOI guidelines.

Update - 20 August 2017
The ACT Natural Resource Management (NRM) Investment Plan is being developed during 2017. This draft is for the purposes of consulting with interested groups and individuals both within and outside the ACT. The main period for consultation with the community will occur between June and October 2017. The Plan will be well developed by November in order to inform the ACT proposal for regional delivery under the National Landcare Program (2018-23) announced in the last Federal budget. ACT NRM and other regions are currently awaiting information on program requirements and how to submit a proposal.
The “NRM community” includes anyone who has an interest or an involvement in natural resource management issues and we encourage contributions and comments from all. The consultation process is designed to be open and inclusive, and we are happy to take suggestions on the best way you would like to be consulted. This may take the form of individual meetings, group forums, focus group workshops, attendance at forums organised by others, or simply by looking at the online Plan and providing direct feedback. Dedicated staff are available to help facilitate this process.
We are also actively approaching a large cross-section of the NRM community, and utilising existing networks to ensure people know about the NRM Investment Plan to provide feedback including government agencies, community networks, advocacy groups, environmental groups, rural landholders, cross-border organisations, tertiary institutions and many others.
Comments and feedback are being documented through a rigorous process, whereby all comments and action items are consolidated for discussion by the ACT NRM Team and the NRM Council for inclusion in the NRM Investment Plan where relevant and / or appropriate. This process will continue with updates to the Investment Plan in September / November to provide a second reiteration of the Investment Plan to be released for further review by the community.
We would like to hear from you about your thoughts on the NRM Investment Plan, whether it be to provide comments or ideas about the plan, or to discuss opportunities for collaboration and consultation opportunities.
