ACT Heritage Grants 2012-2013
Applications for the ACT Heritage Grants Program closed on Friday 4 May 2012.
The grants will provide $296,000 to individuals, community groups and incorporated non-profit or private organisations to identify and carry out projects that promote and conserve our local heritage.
Funding Priorities
Funding is available for projects that meet one or more of the following priorities:
- projects that celebrate the Centenary of Canberra in 2013;
- conservation works and projects that enable the continued use of heritage places, including fire safety, service and access upgrades;
- community events that increase the utilisation/awareness of and engagement in heritage places; and
- projects initiated by or involving the local Indigenous community in local heritage activities.
